Undoubtedly one of the most exclusive properties in Mallorca, set within extensive grounds, bordering a protected nature reserve and comprises the main residence, heliport, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, terraced gardens, garage for more than a dozen vehicles, tennis court and separate staff accommodation. A long winding driveway leads up to a forecourt alongside the heliport.
A designer team from Italy was in charge of the exclusive interior design, making this property one of the most luxurious and sophisticated properties in the Balearics. The imposing main portal with its four columns covering two storeys is reminiscent of the works of the Renaissance architect Andrea Palladio. The interior of the property is in the avant-garde Milan style, combining the Mediterranean charm of marble floors on the main floor, marble finish in the bathrooms and typical Mallorcan sandstone casing on the windows.
The property is entered through the spacious double height entrance hall. Large panoramic windows open onto the Tramuntana mountain range and the adjoining lounge offers views to the Bay of Pollensa and the Formentor peninsular.
The gardens have been created to meet the highest standards of design and taste. Typical Mediterranean vegetation grows alongside palm trees and tropical plants and in the centre of the garden is a fantastic open air swimming pool. With pure luxury throughout the grounds, from the tennis court, the footpath trails, to the greenhouse where exotic plants can be maintained in winter.
To maximise its retreat qualities, Cielo de Bon Aire also houses a spa of the highest category. The spacious spa area incorporates a 12m indoor swimming pool, sauna, Turkish bath, Jacuzzi, float tank and shower with hydro massage.

Mallorca, the largest of the Balearic islands. Mallorca is now a highly developed tourist destination attracting around 10 million visitors. Palma de Mallorca (or simply Palma) located on the south side of the island is the main centre and has a charming old quarter which oozes history with its twisting lanes, tree-lined boulevards, Gothic churches and baroque palaces. Palma is famous for its brilliant sunsets.
The northwest coast, dominated by the Serra de Tramuntana mountain range is a beautiful region of olive groves, pine forests and ochre villages, with a spectacularly rugged coastline. The northeast coast is largely made up of two bays, the Bahia de Pollença and the larger Badia d’Alcúdia.
The east coast is an almost continuous string of sandy bays and open beaches. Offshore from the island’s westernmost point is the large, uninhabited Illa de Sa Dragonera.
Away from the cities and buzzing crowds, the island has a varied and captivating beauty. Along the jagged cliffs of the Serra de Tramuntana mountain range sits a string of compact villages each with its own pebble beach and the sloping planes around Sóller are known as the Vall d’Or (golden valley) because they are crammed with sweet-smelling citrus orchards.
