This finca is located in the northeast of the island of Mallorca in a quiet and remote spot away from all the tourism but nevertheless easily accessible from Palma and Pollensa.

The magnificent immediate surroundings offer walking tours and day trips to the beach.

The house was built in the 13th century and consists of the Manor house and its many extensions for servicing the country estate.

The rooms have been lovingly restored with the addition of unusual details, these concern the romantic central interior courtyard with its original medicinal fountain.

Some of the walls of the property were built more than 700 years ago with the local craggy rocks.

Today the partly natural stone surfaces bear witness to the stories of the besiegers and rulers, the simple rural life, and the history of the noble Pons family who founded the estate.

Every room of the estate, its function, and its history was researched extensively by the architect Professor Manfred Tumfart. Details were painstakingly recovered. Interesting contrasts painstakingly created and rooms extended by the clever use of channeled lighting. His aesthetic framework forms the basic standard of the building and creates an individual impression through the integration of sculptures and interesting finds.

The conversion was completed in 1999.

The time-honored estate comprises of 8 bedrooms. These are designed in an individual, modern and minimalistic style without overshadowing the charm of the old days. The rooms offer different sizes, the largest being the 55m2 master suite.

The property has a Hotel license so it can be offered for holiday rentals.
